💛前菜前菜有紅蘿蔔,梨同青瓜條,嗰醬嘅原材料係沙甸魚同多春魚嘅,一啲唔會腥,幾惹味。💛伊佐木刺身魚肉質感係偏向煙靭,佢唔似三文魚嗰種好重油脂嘅感覺,而係偏向清爽嘅感覺。有兩個汁可以配,蘿蔔蓉柚子醋同芥末豉油,我比較鍾意芥末豉油多啲,感覺層次豐富咗,味道重咗。而食完刺身之後,店員會幫我哋將魚骨做湯,個湯都好清甜,好好飲。💛黑松露帶子手卷個手卷勁大份,而且黑松露同帶子都比得唔手軟,帶子有三大嚿,好鮮甜,黑松露完全唔會搶走海鮮嘅鮮味,兩者配合得啱啱好。💛 明太子奄列 櫻花蝦炸豆腐首先明太子奄列火候控制得啱啱好,有少少半流心嘅感覺,明太子嘅份量都好足夠,加埋啲柴魚食,唔會太鹹,味道好清新。炸豆腐都外脆內軟,咬落去豆腐好似識流走咁,但出邊仲好脆口。💛串燒 燒物有雞翼,黑豚五花腩,鰻魚肝,田樂茄子,秋葵,白鱔,燒手握飯團。最令我感到驚喜嘅就係黑豚五花腩同埋鰻魚肝。首先黑豚五花腩燒得啱啱好,咬落去可以做到好似牛肉咁鬆軟,調味都唔會太濃味,食完一串好想繼續食。鰻魚肝係偏向重口嘅串燒,好香口,佢個醬係甜甜鹹鹹咁,所以都唔會覺得太heavy。💛桃酒好啱女仔飲嘅酒,甜得來又有少少酒味,同韓式米酒有啲似。
