黎到九龍灣陪朋友報完補習之後,就係呢到附近搵食。係得寶商場入面見到間好日式既門口,我地就決定今晚係大漁屋台享用我地既晚餐啦!坐底見到師傅忙碌咁預備食物,感覺同置身係日本小店一樣。啱啱開門做晚市,我地一坐低就即刻點野食。先黎一個刺身季節沙律,除咗有新鮮爽脆既沙律菜同埋車厘茄之外,仲有新鮮刺身如甜蝦、三文魚、八爪魚、三文魚籽同埋蟹籽,配起柚子醋混和後,整碟沙律都變得份外鮮味,作為前菜認真唔錯!食過沙律中的刺身,都感覺呢到提供既食材都十分新鮮,所以我地就叫咗少許刺身,有真鯛、赤身、三文魚。真鯛如白色外表一樣,味道比較清淡但口感鮮甜。赤身則脂肪較少,肉質結實有嚼口。三文魚同赤身一樣厚切,紋理呈現出脂肪分佈得好靚,放入口裏面,感覺份外肥美。見關東煮價錢唔貴,所以就叫咗蟹餅、板魚旦、鵪春蛋同埋大根,每樣都係$10串,好抵!大根即係白蘿蔔,十分厚切,盡吸湯汁既味道。蟹餅同埋板魚旦都口感彈牙,十分入味。鵪春蛋外表細細粒卻不失蛋香,十分過癮!鍾情軟殼蟹既朋友仔叫咗碟軟殼蟹水菜卷。軟殼蟹炸得十分酥香,與清新爽脆既水菜配搭得剛好,再用被蟹籽鋪滿既飯和紫菜卷起,賣相與味道都十分不錯~我地仲叫咗幾串串燒黎食下。
