To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然由中學已經開始食潭仔食到依家，但咁多年依然都無減對佢熱愛。最鍾意雞肉麻辣五小，加個四川麻辣雞翼同凍豆漿，簡直係人生一大快事。 今日又去左食潭仔，貪佢近屋企得黎又多餸簡，好多人鍾意食土匪雞翼，但重口味的話，特別偏愛四川麻辣雞翼，可能因為佢辣，所以顯得更加惹味。米線方面簡左個雞肉麻辣湯底，咁多年都係唯獨偏愛佢雞肉，唔會好鞋，份量又ok 。
