To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家工廈餐廳不算易找，在景發工業中心走進去，還要跟着招牌指示轉左轉右， 才到達大豐澳門餐廳那充滿各國旗幟的門口環境就像是普通工廈內的茶餐廳，不過地下相當乾淨服務水平正常食物這裏的餐牌選擇甚多， 竟然有我最愛的金沙蝦球 （大）$118 當然要點金沙蝦球的蝦肉相當彈牙，外皮薄脆， 而且鹹蛋黃的分量充足！鹹香非常濃郁！這個菜式超下飯！推介配套餐（+$38 ）會有白飯，湯，跟飲品北菇蒸雞飯$90這個原本已經是套餐，有跟飯雞肉份量甚多，入口稔軟入味，雞塊有腿有胸有背，同樣下飯得很，味道很不錯湯方面原來可以配西湯， 蘑菇忌廉湯相當飽肚， 同樣不錯
