我哋兩個打邊爐怪,一諗唔到食咩,就去食打邊爐! 無他嘅,唔洗煩,烚下烚就食得啦! 不過今次真係食到好尖,去到新開嘅九龍灣高銀金融國際中心嘅江南庭敘!!打開邊爐嘅朋友仔都知道嗰湯底真係好重要,會影響啲火鍋料嘅味道!!! 識叫當然叫鴛鴦鍋啦,一次過有兩種味!! 清湯牛腩湯底好足料,有幾多牛腩,啲蘿蔔仲好甜好淋 (清湯牛腩湯底已經有蘿蔔㗎啦,唔洗自己再嗌)。另一個我哋揀咗秘製沙嗲湯,比平時嘅沙嗲湯杰身,好濃好香,又唔會太辣蓋住啲料嘅鮮味!!海中蝦嘩!!! 隻海中蝦一啲都唔中囉,海巨蝦先啱,非常爽口,食得出佢嘅鮮味,點埋自家撈嘅醬汁,正呀!!花英斑平時打邊爐都鐘意食脆肉鯇,今次豪一次,叫咗花英斑!! 嘩,真係唔同啲,一分錢一分貨!! 入口就好香魚味,又無骨喎,師傅刀法好!!手切肥牛、金錢腱、牛白肉打邊爐點可以無肥牛,呢到嘅手切肥牛好濃牛味,脂肪分佈okay平均!! 另外,嗰金錢腱比較厚,好有口感。嘩,大家有無見到角落頭好多脂肪嘅肉呀? 佢叫做牛白肉,我哋真係第一次食,入口好大陣脂肪甘香味,好特別!!精選豬拼盤一次過食四款唔同豬嘅部份,有肉眼筋 (係豬排上面一層薄薄連着肉嘅脆筋)、 豬膶、豬脷同
