To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九龍東的日式居酒屋不多。論裝修格局、食物質素,apm這間一杯算是不錯之選。看看餐牌,比想象中便宜。關西燒先來一客關西燒。口感和想像的很大出入,因它與一般的大阪燒有所不同,偏向柔軟、稔身,有點像台灣的蚵仔煎,應該是用了木薯粉去製作。個人不是特別喜歡意口感。不過只賣$60左右,不能要求太多。串燒牛舌再來一客串燒牛舌。即叫即燒。經鹽燒的牛舌,厚薄適中,不會太咸,很香,很爽口,很有咬感!絕對是佐酒佳品。壽司最後點了壽司,一份10件,盛惠$250。頗有驚喜,尤其是白身魚的魚生,吃得出肉質特別新鮮,比那幾間大型壽司連鎖好得多。總結想食居酒屋,這區選擇不多。一杯的性價比算很不錯,值得翻兜。

再來一客串燒牛舌。即叫即燒。經鹽燒的牛舌,厚薄適中,不會太咸,很香,很爽口,很有咬感!絕對是佐酒佳品。
