To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下的新年唔一般，大部分餐廳新年都唔打烊。大年初四假期最後一日便決定試下九龍城呢間新開張的懷舊冰室。餐牌一目瞭然，好快就可以揀到中意的食物：經典傳統港式焗豬扒飯$68：新鮮蕃茄洋葱配上厚切豬扒，當然唔少得蛋飯炒底，炒得夠乾加上小小芝士去焗，食落一D都唔漏，無骨豬扒仲要已經切件，食到完全停唔到口。紅雞早餐$78全日供應：傳統餐室食物之外的新選擇，有齊所有招牌食物！包括自家製牛肉漢堡扒、豬肉腸、脆煙肉、茄汁豆、 鮮奶炒滑蛋、薯餅、丹麥多士及薯仔沙律！賣相討好非常適合打卡！值得一提的是自家製牛肉漢堡扒用上大量洋蔥好香口，牛肉唔肥食晒都冇負擔😋凍飲+$3
