To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚好想食烤魚，朋友推介我去九龍城的渝薌烤魚黃昏時間到達已經坐滿人，餐牌上見到有八款口味嘅烤魚，已經流口水。最後揀咗酸菜味烤魚食物有水準，職員細心介紹食物，價錢亦吾貴，下次再嚟試其他口味的烤魚先酸菜魚烤魚 大半條 $269配菜 金針菇即叫即製烤魚，選用新鮮鯇魚鮮甜嫩滑，酸菜酸度剛剛好，湯底味道一流。除酸菜外，仲加左微辣，增加味道層次感 串燒拼盤 $108雞軟骨串、豬頸肉串、牛肉串、牛丸串、墨丸串、勝瓜串串燒都好出色，最鐘意雞軟骨串及豬頸串，燒得非常香口特色小食 涼拌萵筍 $52涼拌萵筍味道 夠爽口蠔仔肉碎湯泡飯 $45蠔仔細細粒夠新鮮 配肉碎湯泡飯 好清甜支裝可樂x2 @$14
