To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從來不寫食評,但見到一間有二十幾年感情的食市玩完真有的不忍,創發以前成日食,近十年以經不復當年,但總算有水準的潮菜,今晚再去食,嘩...以為去錯左鋪頭,看下的侍應又熟口熟面,同平時一樣咁寸,唉..來食得就預左受下氣,都未叫野枱面個碟花生以經吾掂,一食都吾脆,跟住叫佢比碟鹹菜,佢話枱面個碟就系,吾糸話.....同以前吾同色既,吾系黃色糸青BB咁,好似碟青瓜咁,個侍應話得呢d,算啦做人乜都要試下,嘩好似食鹽咁,好啦d小食吾掂吾緊要,來到梗系食佢d拿手野,馬上來3個潮洲翅,3碗翅到左想即刻走當無來過,一望d色水已經吾對版好似溝淡左幾倍咁,又無色又無味又無料,同我一直食左二十幾年完全吾同哂,吾通頂左手,問個亞姐糸咪轉左廚房,佢仲用好鄙視眼光話一直都系咁,吾通我幾個月前嚟個間糸假創發,其他的餸都吾駛多講,惟一開心既系以後都吾駛再受d侍應氣,因為以後都吾會再來,一間咁有歷史既食店就咁玩完,可惜!
