To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城四川正宗烤魚老店

通常去九龍城大家都會諗起泰國菜，但係聽朋友介紹呢度有間正宗烤魚都好出色，所以今日就嚟試吓店舖很樸實，就是每一枱都放住熱騰騰的烤魚，聞到烤魚嘅味道都好想快啲食，今次點咗無幼骨既鉗魚，就是想食落啖啖肉嘅感覺🤤烤魚又唔同煮法，因為朋友唔食辣，所以揀咗香蔥味嘅烤魚，成盤都係蔥好香呀🤤🤤除咗烤魚，呢度仲有唔同嘅串燒選擇，試咗覺得最正嘅係新鮮白鱔串🤩烤得皮脆肉嫩，謝美嘅白鱔真係好正呀，記得嚟到要試吓店員好貼心咁整緊嘅時候又會幫我剪開條魚，慢慢食吓食吓，不知不覺食到烤魚都滾咗魚湯出嚟，原來先係戲肉，係時候點返啲菜同埋烏冬，吸返晒啲魚湯汁，先係食烤魚最正嘅部份平時去九龍城淨係識食泰國菜嘅，可以試吓其他口味呀
