To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 九龍城係一向出左名食泰國菜既地方,但經友人介紹,我地今日黎到九龍城唔係食泰菜而係食潮州菜。餐廳入面擺放左好多唔同嘅魚類,同埋小菜出嚟... 個感覺幾得意同一般嘅餐廳唔同🤣🤣🤣而且佢地既餐牌痴晒係牆上面,有d有價錢,有d冇🤔🤔一坐低,侍應會放低五碟小菜同埋一盤功夫茶五碟小菜唔記得影🤦🏻‍♀️(有2款魚&一碟西芹(?)&一碟菜脯&一碟花生)我最鍾意食就係菜脯同埋花生😍😍😍我認知嘅潮州菜係食韭菜豬紅、滷水鵝片、滷水鵝腸、蠔仔粥、炸蠔餅等但今次嚟呢度就令我大開眼界,原來潮州係有咁多嘢食嘅!鮮薄殼:友人專程為左呢味菜而黎既!但係我就麻麻地喇😆😆佢嘅肉好細細粒,佢嘅汁有花生碎粒、簿荷葉、辣椒!但我就覺得唔夠惹味🙊🙊酥炸雙棗 $120:聽說係蝦膠同蟹膠.…..蝦餃同蟹膠入面分別仲有馬蹄、紅蘿蔔🥕同聰等。多左幾層口感都不錯的!普寧豆腐:外脆內滑,炸得幾好!浸入鹽水韮菜度食,幾得意🤓但如果係椒鹽就更好喇🤣🤣沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭:我覺得佢嘅茨汁太‘傑’... 而且冇乜沙嗲味糖醋麵:唔係我口味~ 佢面嗰浸炸到脆脆地好好食但下面嘅麵太油膩☹️☹️今日呢餐我最鍾意嘅一道菜:胡椒豬肚湯佢嘅胡椒味好重,飲完之後好暖!呢個湯入面

聽說係蝦膠同蟹膠.…..蝦餃同蟹膠入面分別仲有馬蹄、紅蘿蔔🥕同聰等。多左幾層口感
