To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左九龍城食泰菜，點左4個菜，鐵板豬頸肉椰菜苗（馬拉盞），一上菜己經聞到好有鑊氣，香辣既椰菜加豬頸肉香滑爽口，每一次黎都一定會點。佢哋個冬蔭雞湯，係我飲過最好美既一間，陣陣香予味，入面香辣鮮美。叫左香葉辣椒海鮮炒河粉，佢哋D河粉好煙靭，口感啱啱好，加左香葉炒出嚟好香辣。最後叫左個串燒拼盤：豬/牛/雞/雞腎/泰式臘腸/雞全翼（各1串），我特別鐘意佢既雞腎同臘腸。小曼谷泰國美食九龍城南角道9-11號地下
