好似好耐冇打冷,今次趁「架己冷」朋友仔外國返香港渡假,所以帶咗佢去食潮洲打冷。本人情意結,鍾意傳統嘢,首選呢間位於九龍城嘅老牌舊式小店「新城潮州飯店」。叫咗我嘅童年回憶,細個阿媽緊有一煲係屋企嘅《潮洲春菜》($58),朋友話味道好獨特,解釋之後,原來是潮洲芥菜,佢為之驚訝。《鹹菜豬肚湯》($68/細),入口好香胡椒味,加上少少鹹菜味,朋友大𧹍好飲。《潮洲滷水鵝》($98/例),可以話係必食主菜,鵝夠入味,吸收曬滷水味,入口甘香。滷水汁認真夠香濃,鋪頭一定要有番咁上下年資先可以做到。《鵝腸併紅腸》($88),鵝腸爽口好吃,配上餐廳自家製辣椒油,更加美味。紅腸好耐冇食,又係有一種童年回憶。配埋冰凍啤酒,超正。呢間老牌飯店,已經賣少見少。除了食傳統食物的味道,亦是食人情的味道。推薦大家去試。
