To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間Cafe嘅氣氛好好裝飾好靚，而且食物都幾高質！炭烤原條鰻魚蛋包飯 $128朋友一嚟就話好想試呢個蛋包飯，於是我哋叫咗一份share。呢個蛋包飯果然吸引，鰻魚原條上，超大條！鰻魚肉質鮮嫩，醬汁惹味。滑蛋超滑嫩，係高質嘅蛋包飯！北海道千歲豚肉鍋 $108呢個壽喜燒鍋配料豐富，就算我哋冇叫套餐，都依然食到好飽。壽喜燒湯底清甜，唔會好鹹，食完之後都唔會好口渴好想飲水。豚肉有六片左右，每片油脂分佈平均，而且彈牙爽口，完全唔會油膩。柚子雪葩梳打 $38雪葩採用日本雪糕，味道係柚子味，雪糕裏面隱約食到啲柚子皮。呢個梳打非常適合夏天飲，清爽解熱。芝麻雞翼 $28 巨峰乳酸梳打 $20
