To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同同事完左工作就去試呢間位於九龍灣既Hidden Cafe,入到去係昭和風格，周圍都係日式海報，仲播住日本電影，氣氛同環境好好，好特別。美食分別叫左芝士年糕，明太子玉子燒，鰻魚茶漬飯同一杯柚子雪笆梳打。首先黎到既係芝士年糕，熱食超好食，年糕外脆內軟，芝士味重。之後到明太子玉子燒，我同同事都覺得明太子同玉子燒好似唔放一齊會好好多，因玉子燒係甜，而明太子又鹹，變左一甜一鹹就會食落去好似各自各既味出黎，如果將明太子放係普通蛋卷就合適啦。至於鰻魚茶漬飯，鰻魚好大條，茶漬飯就同平時日本食既茶漬飯差唔多，冇特別。飲品就叫左柚子雪笆梳打，我覺得柚子既味可以再濃，因為梳打會蓋過柚子既味。

一直覺得九龍灣站沒咩嘢食，點知約咗frd 咁就google輕食，見到呢間幾吸引，似清淡就去喇，個唱幾清淨又有幾多嘢玩（snooker, 飛鏢，遊戲機）可以任玩～打卡都好有feel👌🏻🫡lunch menu都幾吸引，晚餐menu就好似少啲嘢食咁🥺（都多嘢食嘅，但本身好想食don）overall都幾好食，性價比高，希望下次午餐再過去食～ burger嘅牛肉+bacon combo好正好juicy，同埋唔會覺得油膩！！！飯都係好食～😆P.S. 問個staff先知原來呢度開咗3年，誤打誤撞就搵度呢度

Hidden和洋食屋 📍九龍灣常悅道20號環球工商大廈8樓804-805號舖新同事入職老細請食飯⭐️ 滑蛋蒲燒饅魚丼 $100雪糕紅豆冰 加日本雪糕 （+$20）呢個飯無論係質素定係質量我都冇投訴，因為都幾大份同埋味道都唔錯✨不過個紅豆冰真係令到我真係有少少不知所措😂，你又點估到佢竟然係加柚子雪糕俾我？ ？柚子雪糕及紅豆冰真係完全唔夾，搞到個味好奇怪，最後決定分返開兩樣嘢食😂⭐️ 溫泉蛋生伴辣吞拿魚牛油果丼 $110因為呢兜嘢其實基本上係食物原形，所以啲嘢食新鮮其實都冇問題，夏天食呢啲都唔錯⭐️ 黑白松露芝士薯條 $58份量都幾多，不過食得出係返炸的薯條，有啲油膩不過環境幾好，個裝修好用心，啲擺設同poster都幾靚👍🏻

本身聽人介紹話呢間餐廳幾好食，就嗌咗個壽喜燒和風牛丼試下，朋友嗌左壽喜燒牛肉烏冬。結果就係吉野家，啲牛雖然冇吉野家咁肥，但係醬汁味道完全一樣，個麵豉湯無味….呢個吉野家要60幾蚊….建議去呢間嘅話試其他嘢。
