To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Dinner @ 客家好棧 ~算是一間街坊酒樓!?但食客也不盡是街坊,「街坊」有樣你睇的嗎!?我不是街坊,也來吃哦! 咬我食咩!?沙薑雞煲 : 鐵鑊上,熱辣辣香噴噴,半隻雞都幾多肉,肉質未算滑,但也不算鞋口 .... 雞唔滑㜜就唔好味!?這是什麼道理!? 雞肉是否滑嫩,講的是肉質,並不是味道!做人開通點,其實食雞唔係下下話要滑嫩才是好,最重要係入味,夠味,啱我吃 ~紹酒煮蟶子 : 蟶子肥大又飽滿,吸收了紹酒,特別鮮味香口,我一個人都可以食一兜 ~清蒸老虎斑仔 : 魚夠厚肉,蒸得熟透,也算鮮㜜,魚有魚味 ~本篇完 ~
