To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某個星期五放工後約七時到譚仔，已經人頭湧湧，走入舖頭的確沒有人過來招呼，似乎侍應太少、客人太多、流量太緊密，不過沒關係，見到有兩個位就坐，自己招呼自己囉。價錢上一款料米線$23，每加額外料加$4，除清湯外叫麻辣或酸辣就再加$1，加$6可以要熱飲或凍飲。我和朋友都不大吃得辣，見到麻辣可以分特、大、中和少辣外，少辣又再分幾級辣，咪試下囉。叫了兩個米線餐，都幾大碗，我要了豬腩肉和墨魚丸五少辣($28)，墨魚丸幾好；豬腩肉麻麻。朋友要了豬肝冬菇十少麻辣(即最少辣)，豬肝切得唔夠厚又細塊，不過朋友話都幾香。兩杯凍飲，似乎冰太多了。本來想叫蒜泥白肉，不過見到檯檯都叫土匪雞翼，於是改了叫三件($16)，非常熱辣辣，不過似乎除了好鹹外，沒有什麼特別。因為沒有吃過其他分店，所以沒有得比較，不過我想也會再幫襯。
