To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近在klook特價 Ritz carlton買咗買一送一嘅自助晚餐券 嚟之前已經上網睇過啲review 原來真係同上網啲人講一樣就係甜品為主打 熟食係麻麻 首先講下啲凍盤 包括有蟹腳龍蝦生蠔等等生蠔質素超好超鮮甜 蟹腳就正常啦 而龍蝦呢直情係冇乜鮮味又硬 另外呢度嘅熟食其實冇乜太多選擇 所以其實當日只係食咗一兩款就已經冇再食lu 至於呢到甜品就超級多選擇朱古力cake超級濃郁嘅朱古力味好好味 另外仲有一啲鮮果撻鮮果批 個撻皮同批皮都做得超好超鬆脆又唔會太甜 overall如果買一送一我或者都會考慮黎呢度 但係如果正價就超級唔符合性價比了
