To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時多數來買外賣, 買燒味回家加餸, 幫襯左咁多年,堂食反而是第一次。自從搬到九龍,暫時仲未搵到一間燒味味道是我地喜歡的。所以每次都要專程去港島區買。今日難得唔趕時間, 所以就嚟堂食。我點左乳豬四寶,朋友就點左招牌四寶。可惜朋友怕蛇,否則我一定會點佢嘅蛇羹,我見好多人叫,大部分是熟客,所以應該是好味的。估唔到燒味飯嘅燒味份量好足喎,我反而覺得飯好似少。乳豬皮勁脆但唔肥,唔會食到成口油,而义燒是燒骨,所以味較濃肉較少。我一下忘了加最精粹嘅咸蛋,幸好朋友的有, 可以分我一半。總括嚟講,因為是熟悉嘅味道,雖然不是非常好味,但就食得好舒服。
