初三無忌赤口,約食飯預祝朋友生日,新年流流就選定食中菜。聽朋友講,屯門呢邊嘅分店成日俾人炸形話服務差, 所以我地就決定去佐敦分店,一早訂左位,訂埋豬~即燒乳豬 $698/隻落單嘅時候提左,我地要瘦豬~ 一般都當客人耳邊風啦,理得你上左瘦定肥都要食啦,但真係有安排到唔太肥嘅豬!感動!我想講,佢地隻豬真係好好食!首先價錢唔係特別貴,閒閒地酒樓都差唔多價錢,而且比起貴貴紅隻豬,好食好多,呢隻完全唔油!(雖然冇飯)豬皮燒得超脆,而且起左層肥膏,豬肉嫩滑,又有肉地。連我唔太鐘意食乳豬,都食完一件又一件!貴妃雞 $328/隻貴妃雞都好食喎,雞肉唔乾唔鞋,仲幾滑添!食到呢度,朋友們都已經開始讚呢度唔錯,未來可以番啅。生炒上肉排 $98咕嚕肉味道一流!由於用嘅係上肉排,唔會肥淋淋。炸粉薄薄一層,唔會發到好大舊,實在必食,送飯一流!椒鹽鮮魷 $118鮮然份量唔多,炸粉亦都唔厚,鮮魷煙煙韌韌!當然啦,點都唔夠大排檔嘅有鍋氣~黑椒牛仔骨煲 $118牛仔骨份量唔多,但係煮得入味非常!不過呢碟我地後加,所以等嘅時間較長。啫啫什菜煲 $78菜心、白菜、西蘭花各樣都有啲~窩貼小棠菜 $118表面炸得非常香脆,墨魚膠

由於我地有8個人,淨係食個什菜煲唔夠啦,加埋個炒菜心。
菜心雖然都大條,但唔會好老,不過份量太少,唔抵。

總括黎講,我地8個人,埋單連埋加一2千3蚊,非常滿意,除開每人3百都唔洗!
基本上各個小菜都好食,唯獨份量就唔係話大件夾抵食果種。推介乳豬,真係正!
至於服務就冇咩特別,畢竟新年期間,店員都精神奕奕,冇十叫九唔應,我都冇咩要求了。
我地當日就坐1樓,唔知係咪新年間啲枱比較密定點啦,空間感就真係唔多夠。
