尋日係新蒲崗行街見到一間西餐感覺不錯,又有豬手和乳豬揀,所以今晚晚餐就揀左佢。餐廳裝潢都幾有特色,環境都幾舒服。我地揀左香煎比目魚配紅花忌康汁伴時令雜菜($198)份量都幾多,香煎比目魚外皮酥脆,肉質嫰滑,雜菜以雨衣金蘭為主,份外清新健康。香蒜白酒大蜆意大利粉($128)大蜆隻隻無沙,鮮甜肥美,意大利掛汁力強,每啖有濃濃嘅蒜香味,惹味非常。另外點左一份慢煮四十八小時香烤西班牙乳豬伴意式橄欖莎莎($288),乳豬做得非常出色,油脂比例均勻,記得一定要沾佢地廚師秘製嘅意式橄欖莎莎,味道與乳豬相當夾,一點油膩感都沒有。食乳豬想飲返一杯,各自揀左一杯紅酒和asahi。
