城市人生活繁重,晚飯都未必可以坐低慢慢食,而身為社畜嘅小編晚上最常光顧嘅食肆就係燒味店,勝在快手又大份😎👍🏻 是晚恰巧嚟到佐敦工作,見到燈火通明嘅「江記」一於試試佢😌《 乳豬雙拼飯 》 $85 4 / 5哩度嘅乳豬相當有料,外層玻璃皮脆卜卜好香口🤤 有肉有脂肪層,層次豐富😋 而且每片都算大塊,唔係碎濕濕😌 雙拼叫左油雞,好好彩遇到雞髀位😍 肉質嫩滑又入味👍🏻《 燒鵝燒腩仔飯 》 $72 4 / 5燒鵝皮脆得黎陣陣焦香~點酸梅醬中和返油膩口感fit哂👍🏻燒腩咬落唔油溢仲好有肉香,點黃芥末味道更過癮🥴以燒味餐廳黎講佢地都算做得出色👍🏻眼見除咗街坊亦有唔少遊客幫趁,口碑相當唔錯~
