Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個黃雨又雷暴的晚上，來到坑口邨的小廚，店子外就是停車場，小巴站，泊車非常方便，如果地鐡坑口站行過去是蜚遠的，由於今天想食小菜，所以選了這裡，之前食過數次，小菜是出色的，令人回味的是千層咕嚕肉，啖啖肉，一層層，叫人吃完想再吃，今天只有兩口子，沒有點此，因為份量幾多，乳鴿，之前吃過，好過好多酒樓，新鮮熱辣，脆口，夠大，豉油王鵝腸，鵝腸異常肥美，令我卻步，他卻說正，啫啫雞煲，豬潤非常夠多，東菇只有半片，多一點就好了
