To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

没計劃下，隨便經过，發現不用等位，便隨即入位，因为每次經过荷李活分店都人山人海，不满关係，座位比較坐得舒適，因袋可放在旁没人坐的枱子上，點了每次必食的海膽壽司，四十蚊2件，味道可以接受，但比以住細小，見到生蝦壽司，先試—口，有張口感覺，与—个價錢任食的店，高了几班，所以再追加浄生蝦—隻，再試了象拨旁，鹅乾，軟殼蟹卷，三文魚，玉子，海膽尤魚，野菜烏冬等，整体满意，另—讚此店員工，有禮貌，不知何时开始棄了写纸仔落单，所以每次柯打必須呼唤服務員，本人分別叫了三，四次，但他們不會像別店員工不耐凡似的，每次給客人專業服務及有礼的态度，此乃食物以外，另一重要而很多歺庁經常忽略的，本人为此而加分
