To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫了一圍晚飯,埋單時發現加多了150元。追問後個話因為個龍蝦尹麵隻龍蝦冇晒,所以要加150蚊轉第二隻龍蝦。我哋問點解你唔先前講,佢就話有講,但明明我哋成枱8個人都冇一個聽到佢有人講過。見到傾唔掂要求經理來。經理邊行來邊話,”寫咗响度,到佢哋唔認(串到爆)”。係咪即埋單時,係寫加多幾多錢,無論一百二百定一千都好,食客都要硬食硬俾?試問佢唔講,我點知佢原來賣晒尹麵嘅龍蝦,而又點知原來佢轉咗其牠龍蝦俾我?一百幾十,唔係唔想俾,而係點解唔到我check單時自己發現之後問都唔會主動話我知要收多我150蚊?總之,記得去依間嘢食飯,埋單一定要check單,因為埋單有可能加多你一百或幾百蚊,話寫咗响張卡度,到你唔認?除咗black店,我唔知仲可以點來稱呼依間嘢。
