To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天午餐和同事來到荔枝角的Delifrance ，因為之前Delifrance 有活動回收月餅罐，只要用月餅卷就可換取50元現金卷。這天我們點了二人餐，根據先前食過的同事，二人餐是最抵的，177元有兩款前菜，兩款主菜，兩杯餐飲和兩個甜品。我們叫了餐湯，沙律，雞長通粉，蝦天使麵，味道也不過不失。長通粉的軟硬度恰到好處，不太林也不太硬。甜品是蝴蝶酥併雪糕，但我喉嚨痛沒有吃，同事說十分美味，下次我一定要再來試，因吃完這次後又送來了新一張50元coupon,計來只是平均60元一人。
