周年紀念,食既野當然要唔同啲啦!係朋友介紹下黎左呢度食西班牙菜!餐廳位於大厦十樓,望出去個景都幾靚下。同場仲見到“馬子羚”同朋友黎食飯。餐牌花多眼亂,我地嗌左二人餐減少煩惱秘製醬汁烤雞中翼有啲茄汁味,好似糖醋魚果種種。外皮少少脆,咬開入面好熱,出煙。肉質好嫩滑,肉汁流出黎,肉剛好離骨。要趁熱食先好食!炸虎蝦天婦羅好大只!蝦肉用一支類似草繩既竹簽串住,沾上粉漿去炸。外面粉漿好脆只,包住入面只蝦仲好熱。點埋個芥末醬酸酸地,好開胃,正!干邑龍蝦湯本身未飲過干邑,所以試下會唔會飲得出,哈哈湯有幾粒龍蝦同蒜蓉多士。湯好濃龍蝦味,但唔知係干邑問題,個湯有好微既苦味。西班牙黑毛豬薄餅好鐘點呢種“薄”餅!個餅底係類似“手抓餅”果種質感,但鬆脆啲。上面有好多既芝士同黑毛豬!黑毛豬咸咸地,好香,無物筋,淋,食左半個都唔會有好濟既感覺。好味!!黑松露炒雜菌闊條麵極力推介大家食呢個!好香黑松露味!個汁杰杰地,白汁+芝士,好濃,麵夠淋,沾晒啲汁,唔硬。幾樣野炒埋一齊係絕配!如果大碟啲就好啦!!本身唔飲得甘多酒,但覺得飲啲酒先有氣氛,所以叫左有汽酒,應該少啲酒精掛,我估,哈哈汽酒多夠凍,酒味都重。甜品二選一,Or

佢話二選一,以為得不份,估唔到係一人一份!蛋糕唔係太濃芝士味,上面有塊花甘樣既朱古力片,擺得幾靚。如果可以芝士蛋糕同窩夫各選一就好啦,甘就可以試晒兩樣!(或者係可以,我誤會左?😮)
