Restaurant: An Nam Pho

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 安南喺商場入面,個商場幾間肆揀,全部各有不同口味。印象之中安南,細食者好飽,大食者唔夠。安南火車頭($118):嘩!好大"個"碗!直徑有4枝牙籤咁長。味道同用料唔算上盛,都OK嘅。牛丸無筋唔韌,牛百葉有少少韌,牛肉當然唔係係雪花,牛味唔重,但不致於有陣膻味。魚露、青檬、辣椒自己加,睇自己鐘意咩味啦。總括來講味道普普通通,係大碗囉。蒜茸炒時菜($52):西蘭花夠林,蒜茸味都夠嘅,不過係太油囉。埋單可以去櫃檯八達嘟。
