To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次係第三次光臨,星期五晚上七點幾,人客唔多,唔洗等位直接入座,門口重有人拉客,食既期間平均四至五台客,人客比以前少左.叫左個二人焗薯套餐,湯同蒜蓉包唔多講解,同一般餐廳無咩分別跟住上左兩個小食,炸雞翼同芝士條炸雞翼乾左小小,但唔油同好脆口芝士條唔錯,好有芝士味,都脆身跟住到芝士焗西蘭花哩個真心唔錯,個人食西蘭花鍾意食腍身,哩個煮得又腍又無散開,芝士味唔太濃,重哦會好d,但都值得一試到左最後既焗薯,叫左黑松露白汁蛋碎焗薯同白汁雞沙律焗薯,無影到相但都有d意見分享下,本身個焗薯屬於比較粉d,唔同某間連鎖咁實,個人幾鍾意蛋碎焗薯好食,d味幾夾,我無將d黑松露撈埋一齊食,廢事搶左d味,總括黎講係一個唔錯既選擇但雞沙律焗薯就唔太推薦,d雞肉焗到硬同乾左小小,同個薯仔一齊食果時就唔太夾,咬兩淡就變左得番d雞肉係到咬總結黎講鍾意食焗薯值得一試,另外佢d單點焗薯配肉既餐都唔錯(之前試過),都大件抵食
