To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到香港仔都搵咗陣，好少行開呢邊，個位有啲隱蔽，但其實都係商場入口，只係平時好少留意。一入到去覺得似外國啲燒雞店，入去見得兩張檯，原來入去轉個灣別有洞天，仲有幾張檯十幾個位。門口有兩部自助點餐機，勢估唔到呢間貌似外國燒雞店都會有海南雞飯食。我同朋友點咗個二人餐，有隻烤雞、兩個飯、三隻瑞士雞翼、焗薯同埋兩枝飲品。我想講呢個份量直程夠三四個人食，我哋兩個食剩大半隻雞，油飯都唔錯，朋友就話蘑菇飯好食過K字頭嗰間，瑞士雞翼就麻麻哋，烤雞燒得幾香口美味，焗薯都唔錯。另一位朋友點咗海南雞飯，估唔到啲雞又幾滑，似模似樣，朋友都覺得好食。呢個價錢其實幾抵，只係份量太多食唔曬，所以下次三個人share算喇。
