To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近來下班後累得很,只好在家樓下的快餐店一個人吃速食晚餐。本來想吃大家樂的「焗芝士肉醬意粉」,但原來已經被淘汰,改成了「肉醬千層麵」。但那天我不知怎的,死也要吃到肉醬意粉,所以就轉移到大快活去。大快活的「鮮蕃茄肉醬意粉」:沒有芝士焗,的確失色不少。意粉超幼,應該是天使麵。鮮蕃茄份量少,肉醬裡也不夠茄味。頂層的西蘭花,仍然是擔當伴碟的角色,所以只是輕輕白灼,吃下去還帶青草的味道。晚上很多菜式都不附餐飲,店員貼心地在每個餐盤上放上一杯熱水,算是不錯的服務。
