朋在將軍澳天晉教人游水,夾好時間一起晚餐 ,仲介紹了跨灣大橋讓我欣賞景致夜色,別有一番風味。當然朋友要一盡地主之宜,帶我食好嘢,原來澳南海岸有一間歐洲宮廷古堡餐廳,我豈能錯過。真心佈置出色,有歐洲風味的畫作,水晶吊飾,令人仿如去了童話世界一樣。我們點選了西班牙黑毛豬柳配薯容(Spanish Iberico Pork Loin):炭烤令肉質有多一份層次,豬柳易咬味濃,加上薯蓉怪的朋友,不一會全吃掉,而沙律新鮮減輕了豬柳肉的肥膩感覺。朋友是飯筒所以點選了黑松露鮮蝦意大利飯(Scallops Risotto):Risotto做到Al Dente是心機菜,加上香濃creamy 的黑松露汁令意大利飯更好味,仲有6大隻彈牙新鮮大蝦,明智的選擇。(Cinnamon apple & black berries crumble with vanilla ice cream )是我心愛之選:玉桂與蘋果金寶是神仙眷侶,,加上黑梅汁及雲呢拿雪糕,藉得一再回味。
