To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過聽到餅櫃店員講有出爐蛋撻,所以興致勃勃走入新店去搵咗一個座位,叫咗杯熱奶茶加一件蛋撻,期待享受美味佳點。點知原來蛋漿味道怪怪地,估計應該係二次出爐問題?!蛋漿vs蛋皮已經嚴重離層及出現下陷,外觀已扣了20分,入口後更加失望,再扣80分。店員友善的聲音蒙騙左我的思維,其翻焗行為偽稱為剛剛出爐,相信對其餅房的烘培廚師之高超巧手製作技術,嚴重徹底地摧毁了,對食客也極度失望,也支持者大家的期望。記得小時候喺深井區住,有一位具有半世紀經驗的烘培廚師講過,所有西餅及麵包由出爐開始,都各有不同落架時間,限時後必須丟棄到垃圾桶,不應該再作陳列或出售,否則會影響其質素及商譽。然而,依希記得蛋撻黃金入口時間為兩小時之內。Anyway希望貴餐廳可加強控制食物質責,尤其員工方面,期待下次有更佳的體驗!
