To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 買回家的外賣並非我落單這些，第一和第二次因太夜算喇，唔啱食都算啦！今日再次出錯，我取回外賣往牛奶冰室處理，員工態度極差，咁多外賣總有出錯㗎啦，整番畀你囉！態度好串，是否牛奶冰室容許員工這樣對客？？？牛奶冰室外賣出錯，我要番自己落單的食物，竟然遭服務員惡意對待，請牛奶冰室好好檢討員工態度！

位於Park Yoho內Park Circke嘅牛奶冰室，環境優美，可面向一大片綠油油嘅樹林，遙望屯馬線列車定時駛過，未食嘢已經覺得非常舒適。今次去點嘅係勁蔥油雞扒飯，再加一杯茶走。雞扒非常大件，香脆可口；勁多嘅蔥非常香、爽、脆，唯獨豉油就鹹咗啲啲，早知應該另上，想食幾多就自己加幾多。枱面及櫃桶雖然冇提供餐巾紙，如有需要可以向店員要求。如果想食健康啲，可以用18文加碟菜，份量十足非常抵食。埋單可以揾店員攪或者以自助方式喺出入口部機攬掂，但部機嘅屏幕接觸並不靈敏，須要重復按先至有反應
