上次做完孝順仔,今次緊喺跟團長正式嚟食多次,順口食埋佢哋啲主打菜啦!其實我都未諗過夜晚會飲茶嚟做晚飯,可以算喺第一次!坦白講,依到嘅裝修喺九龍城區嚟講,真喺超富,可以稱得金碧輝煌!比得上一線酒樓,而且最欣賞喺開放式廚房,明顯對師傅同衛生超有信心!食飯又點可以唔飲湯先呢?近來食得煙多,真喺飲返豬肺補補先!依到《豐料杏汁燉豬肺湯》一上枱已經聞到好濃郁嘅杏仁味道,真喺超吸引!而且用料十足,最少有雞腳同豬肺!味道真喺超正,好濃郁嘅杏汁味!每次飲茶,我都一定會叫兩款點心:蝦餃同燒賣!依到嘅《王朝蝦餃皇》真喺好大粒,而且皮薄,食落嘅時候又有口感,味道方面真喺好有蝦味,明顯食材新鮮!《黑魚子花菇蒸燒賣》簡直一絶,以小弟食咗三十年燒賣嘅經驗〈誇張!〉,真喺未試過依種味道同口感嘅燒賣!聽返姐姐講,依到燒賣,豬肉同蝦肉嘅比例啱啱好,仲混入適量嘅香菇同黑魚子做面!味道嘅層次真喺一流!爽口彈牙又香口!《XO醬蒸鳳爪》都喺主打之中,味道比一般濃郁,一啖就食到冇落味精神!其實蒸鳳爪都幾睇功夫,過耐太淋又唔好食,唔熟就更加唔駛講啦!但依到嘅鳳爪啱啱好,都幾彈牙!可見師傅真喺落足心機!而且自家製嘅XO醬少少微辣,非常
