今日去元朗接細佬收工、食飯,見呢間酒家嘅打邊爐任食咁平,仲要係2小時任食,抱住一試無妨嘅心態,直奔2樓邊爐區。原來任食價錢已經包埋湯底,我地叫咗椰子雞湯底,滾起嚟都好香。雞同湯係分開上,湯滾起先至落雞。8位以上有1隻雞,8位以下有半隻,所以對我地兩個人嚟講,半隻雞都幾多。飲品同部份火鍋配料係自助式,而點菜紙上嘅火鍋配料唔算多款,但我地都食唔晒佢嘅款式。最好味嘅係手打鮮蝦丸、手打墨魚丸,彈牙又鮮味。其次係手工菜肉雲吞,店員說是自家製作,所以食晒就冇,咁雲吞嘅菜又真係食得出嘅新鮮。粟米、南瓜都好甜,芋頭都好粉。自助區仲有出前一丁同埋烏冬,都係原包裝嘅,方便自取。兩個人埋單都係二百幾蚊,食到好飽呢。
