鴨大哥 - 二訪京菜廳今日介紹一間位於鰂魚涌太古坊嘅中菜廳,主打北京菜,招牌菜就係遠近馳名嘅片皮鴨,上次食過後水準環境一流,今次再次到訪!北京烤鴨半隻 $308 半隻主角當然要叫片皮鴨啦,半隻份量都相當足夠,香脆嘅鴨皮加上蔥段、青瓜條、填鴨醬,另外再加上麻醬,估唔到兩種醬汁配搭之下亦都相當夾,另外片皮鴨嘅皮係利用蠟燭暖著,唔會食食吓就會凍晒。雲南黑土豬叉燒 $228熱騰騰仲冒着煙嘅叉燒,每一件厚度都剛剛好,啖啖肉之餘油脂又夠,最重要係加上惹味嘅叉燒醬汁。頭抽煎封大蝦 $98隻夠晒鑊氣表面佈滿蒜蓉蔥油嘅煎大蝦,大蝦超級大隻,蝦肉彈牙之餘又非常紮實飽滿。
