每次黎長洲都會到訪既餃子店,朋友帶過我來一次後就將呢間店收藏了,店舖很細午餐時段多數等位,菜單很有特色而且選擇很多唔會一次食得哂但值得再訪,有別於一般既傳統餃子店睇得出很用制作印第安餃 5 隻$42香料豐富咖喱粉同辣椒為餃子帶來了濃郁的香氣和獨特的風味。鹹蛋黃黃金餃4隻 加酸辣湯 $ 49結合了鮮嫩的餃子和香濃的鹹蛋黃,餃子上再加上鹹蛋黃製食既醬具有濃厚的鹹味和奶油般的質地。為整道菜帶來了獨特的濃郁風味,經過半煎炸既酥脆的外皮,讓它們變得酥脆。這種酥脆的外皮與內部的餡料形成了口感上的對比,增添了食物的口感層次再加埋酸辣湯平衡左煎餃既油膩感。蜆肉芫茜餃 8隻 $69(只限蒸)真係十分推薦!本身我都麻麻地臭茜,但店主真係整得好好食 ,蜆肉同芫茜好match而且蜆肉都多一粒餃子有3-4粒蜆肉一啲都唔手軟,就係呢款餃令我二訪!

真係十分推薦!本身我都麻麻地臭茜,但店主真係整得好好食 ,蜆肉同芫茜好match而且蜆肉都多一粒餃子有3-4粒蜆肉一啲都唔手軟,就係呢款餃令我二訪!
