冬至飯聚,親友們嚷着要吃海鮮,大家不期然想起了三聖海鮮街。自從發現了三聖這海鮮寶地,便成了這海鮮街的常客,無論是貴價的大酒樓,或是親民的冬菇亭,都各有特色,當中會令我回頭的其中一家是泰海鮮。先在關財記買過海鮮,然後便拿到泰海鮮作加工,這家的油料費會比酒家相宜,一般海鮮加工費平日在$46-$64之間,假期會貴上一點點。除了海鮮菜式也有家常小菜可選,較適合有老有少的家庭飯聚。要照顧同行幼小的口味,先為親友的「化骨龍」們點了必食豬扒($93),熱辣辣的很有鑊氣,灑上脆身的銀魚乾,豬扒軟稔鬆化,加上汁醬甜甜的很好下飯,瞬間便被孩子們清碟。接着的泰式芝心丸($28/粒)也很受「化骨龍」的歡迎,芝士蝦丸沾滿了麵包粒,以滾油炸香後隨即上桌,熱辣辣的小心燙嘴!鬆脆金黃的麵包粒下是打得結實彈牙的蝦丸,一口咬下,稠身的芝士汁濺出,又一次要冒燙嘴的危險。雖帶微微酒香,仍是令小孩吃得開懷。椒鹽鮮魷($96)同樣是鑊氣十足,粉漿上得透薄,鮮魷厚身鮮甜,灑上椒鹽、蒜粒更加惹味。再來就是今天的主角芝士焗龍蝦伊麵底 ($64/斤,芝士、伊麵收費另計) ,這芝士焗龍蝦用上不同芝士香焗,令芝士汁更濃厚香口。選的是斤量十足

再來就是今天的主角芝士焗龍蝦伊麵底 ($64/斤,芝士、伊麵收費另計) ,這芝士焗龍蝦用上不同芝士香焗,令芝士汁更濃厚香口。選的是斤量十足的波士頓龍蝦,足有二斤上下,吃起來啖啖肉的。豐厚的龍蝦彈牙鮮美,熟度是剛好不會焗得老身。同行的小孩眾多,「化骨龍」倒是吃伊麵居多,事實上掛滿芝士的伊麵確是誘人,不過我還是更欣賞龍蝦的鮮甜呢!

白酒忌廉煮花甲($56/斤)肥大肉厚的花甲以白酒忌廉同煮,再加上紫蘇提味,汁醬甜甜的帶濃濃酒香,小孩對這重口味海鮮興趣缺缺,大人卻是甘之如飴,喜歡海貝類的我更是吃了不少

奄仔蟹($58/斤)並非最當造的關係,未致爆膏的程度,蟹膏仍是漲滿得很,蟹肉亦算鮮甜,以油鹽水焗最能吃到原汁原味。

個人最欣賞的是這家的海鮮湯($19/位),那來自海的味道令人相當難忘。曾在三聖某家有名酒家有過海鮮湯料被掉包的經驗,當然始作俑者不是海鮮檔而是海鮮餐廳吧!這次不忘叮囑親友要多加注意,可幸的是這海鮮湯絕對是足料炮製,值得加分。此海鮮湯做得很有水準,用上斑紋賴尿蝦、海蜆、鮮蚶、海魚,以蕃茄薯仔來熬湯,如此陣容這海鮮湯不鮮甜才怪呢!

已是二訪,泰海鮮是三聖表現穩定的一家,賣點是加工費比兩大海鮮酒樓相宜,是較為親民的選擇
