放工後又同幾個朋友一齊去到西環既潮福蒸氣石鍋食晚餐,幾位朋友都鍾意食海鮮,黎得呢度相信都係食海鮮多。.7點幾入到去人流未算多,但之後就愈夜愈多人。餐廳門口仲放晒各式各樣既海鮮,明碼實價,可以價岩先落單。.食得蒸氣石鍋,印象深刻必定係呢個以藤編織成的草帽當作鍋蓋,密不透風的設計,除左保溫外,更可以保留食物最原始的味道。.蒸食物前,餐廳會先將珍珠米、排骨和南瓜放入石鍋中,一邊蒸食物時,精華會流入粥底,最後變成一道美味的排骨粥底。等左一陣,食物陸續上檯,不過因為張檯唔夠放我地所點的食物,幫我地蒸海鮮的姐姐一路勁急咁幫我地蒸,一道未食完又開始蒸另一道,所以要食得好快,食得好急頗辛苦,唔可以慢慢享受食物,確實有點無奈。.蒜茸開邊龍蝦 $98開邊龍蝦同樣放上蒜茸一齊蒸,蒸好後用叉可以成條肉起上黎,咬落淡淡肉,肉質又夠彈牙,就連蝦鉗都可以拆似,味道鮮甜。.紐西蘭鑽石蜆 $148/斤鑽石蜆入口很鮮甜,入口無沙,蜆肉頗爽口彈牙,好味!.紐西蘭元貝 $68/隻和紐西蘭聖子皇 $48/隻 都放上蒜茸和粉絲一同蒸,味道是頗惹味的,口感上雖未算超爽彈,但入口還是不錯的。.清蒸和牛(大) $288和牛只需蒸三分鐘
