居高臨下的感覺真的很爽,雖然是日天氣有點陰晴不定,一邊是陽光普照,而另一邊遠處卻是行雷閃電,很吊詭。在維港兩岸的景色下用餐,更是一件賞心樂事,近月來似乎與Sunday Brunch結上緣,跟朋友偶爾來個聚會的確令煩憂盡消。餐前先來一盤刺身盛合,畢竟是高級日本料理店,單是擺設與用料已見功夫,吞拿、三文魚、池魚、油甘、希靈魚和甜蝦,色澤亮麗,吃起來絲毫沒有令人討厭的雪味,鮮凍過程及處理得相當好,豐腴、清爽、甘甜,不同的口感在舌尖上徘徊,起床後第一餐可以慢慢享受,未免太幸福了。意猶未盡下,再去取了甜蝦、八爪魚、帶子及赤貝,當中以帶子肥大肉厚,肉質柔軟嫩滑,令人忍不住要再三encore。店方送來雞泡魚乾,煙煙韌韌的,蘸點一下沙律醬,更添滋味。既然熱身夠了,是時候正式開動。從串燒吧取來了免治雞肉串、雞翼及雞軟骨,乾身但絲毫不見焦位,手板眼見功夫,花時間不過控制得相當好,灑點鹽花,吃起來更惹味。此刻,取了朋友的蕃茄沙律試試,微酸的口感,給味蕾煥然一新的感受,為下一道菜作出最佳的準備。天婦羅取最基本的炸蝦及炸南瓜,脆漿只有薄薄的一層,酥脆鬆化,不錯,只不過粟米就過老,乾巴巴的不是味兒,可以不理。原先

原先以為日本豚肉涮鍋肉質會偏韌,但咬落卻是軟稔入味,而湯底更是滿有肉香,大滿足,似乎比起牛肉壽喜燒更為吸引。

其中最吸睛的當然是鐡板波士頓龍蝦伴龍蝦膏汁(半隻)配芒果蟹鉗沙律,芒果肉鮮甜芳香,配襯起龍蝦鉗一點都不落下風,而龍蝦是開邊煎香,再澆上龍蝦汁,令味道更濃郁,夠貴氣了吧!

再來是鐡板鵝肝伴焦糖汁(一件),竟然最受女性朋友歡迎,擺設亮麗有緻,龍珠果及藍莓,帶來微酸的味道,平和了油膩的口感,但鵝肝表面煎得微脆,而內裡卻是甘香豐腴,肉質胭紅,在口腔內慢慢溶化的感覺真奇妙。

日式甜品當然是女孩子的心頭好,要動用另一個胃是常識吧!水果、奶凍、Macaroon、年糕及雪糕,在下之前吃得太飽,Macaroon只取一件,外層飽滿而鬆脆,不錯;年糕即是蕨餅,煙韌但又會太甜,兩件一碟啱啱好;雪糕以紅豆最得在下歡心,既有特色又鮮甜可口。
