To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本想去打邊爐，點知間間火鍋店條龍排到街口，天氣咁凍無乜胃口，再周圍睇睇，好彩找到一間近十字路口，雖然嗰間舖細到嘔，但係至吸引嗰隻“賴尿蝦”大到無人有，食到我唔停得口。跟住叫多一碟“蒜蓉蒸扇貝”食咗之後絶不後悔。再加上一煲“啫啫春菜煲”好味到連毛孔都讚好。抵食到連埋單都叫好，盛惠$180，仲唔收加一，你話好唔好‧‧好唔好。
