To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早兩日叫咗份雲桂香米線外賣，由於好肚餓於是就叫咗份乜料都有嘅小辣「雲桂」。材料都幾豐富，包括有雞絲，兩隻大大嘅冬菇，香菜，腐皮，腩肉，雲耳，春卷等等。米線嘅份量都好多，食完之後勁滿足，好飽好正！👍🏼需要讚嘅係，店舖特意將湯同埋米線分開，就算放耐都唔會變到淋晒或者溶開一餅野咁。👍🏼湯嘅份量都十分充足，唔會話食食吓變咗乾撈。食到最尾都仲有湯飲！味道方面，酸辣湯底都幾過癮，但係要留意，小辣係真係唔係好辣㗎咋，食得辣嘅人可能要考慮中立或以上。🥲不足之處：小食方面嘅雞翼實在太乾身，賣相變得好唔吸引，如果可以改善一下就好啦！
