To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有約契妹食飯了,早前大家也有空,便相約出來見見,互相問候一!本來打算食泰國菜,但最後改了來這裡,因還有朋友未到,我們先看看餐牌,最後選擇了普寧豆腐、蝦乾鹹肉、煎水瓜烙、石榴雞和墨魚拼鵝片。普寧豆腐- 外表很脆,內餡又好香豆腐味,真係一試難忘。蝦乾鹹肉- 蝦乾大大隻,幾有咬口;鹹肉唔算太肥,很入味,送飯食幾開胃。煎水瓜烙- 煎得好香口,水瓜口感很爽口,朋友食完後,也讚不絕口,值得一試。石榴雞- 外表包得好靚,味道也很好,但不知什麼原因,外皮太乾身而幾硬,變相令口感變差,實在有點可惜。墨魚拼鵝片- 墨魚沒有什麼味道,唔算好食;鵝片就幾好,唔韌又入味,肉質嫩滑,幾好食。一般食物都算幾好,價錢又唔算特別貴,可以一試。
