朋友話想食海鮮塔,就上網search下,最後選擇了呢間"5enses",雖然唔係全港最高,卻是將生猛海鮮在客人面前蒸熟,然後即刻食,咁就可以食到最原汁原味的鮮甜;亦係因為佢係香港首間推出海鮮塔個餐廳~店主引進了韓國的做法,讓大家不用親臨韓國,亦能品嚐到韓式海鲜塔,的確有靈活的商業頭腦!我哋坐低無耐,就見oppa捧左個塔入黎,這高高的蒸籠一下子吸引左我哋嘅眼球要等15分鐘,呢個時候緊係食住前菜伴碟啦,款式唔算多,但都幾好味!因為韓劇效應,炸雞必不可缺,海鮮煎蔥餅亦抵食 韓式脆香甜酸鷄,我個人比較鐘意甜酸果種,酸甜又卜卜脆的外皮鎖住左D肉汁,食起黎唔會乾硬 海鮮煎葱餅 主角出場,第一層蝦 第二層花甲,大隻肥美 第三層,扇貝鮑魚 第四層蟹,多膏肉實第五層人參鷄湯,湯多左,味道較淡
