朋友生日飯，大家想食中菜，所以一早預約咗灣仔明閣！之前試過喺度飲茶，無論係食物質素、環境、服務都係五星級！今次試晚飯，特別推介呢幾個餸：▶️招牌菜－酥炸焗釀鮮蟹蓋呢個真係必食！成個蟹蓋都係充滿蟹肉，分量十足。因為我哋仲叫咗好多餸，所以蟹蓋兩個人食一份就啱啱好▶️金沙廣島蠔充滿住鹹蛋黃嘅香味，好惹味😍欣賞佢做得唔油膩，蠔味鮮甜▶️濃湯花膠雞絲羹好足料！每啖都充滿花膠、雞絲、木耳。補充骨膠原之選▶️鮮杏汁杞子百合浸時蔬好鍾意呢個菜嘅杏汁，好清甜。配合木耳同埋杞子一齊，直頭可以當湯飲。▶️黑椒雙䓤澳洲牛柳粒牛柳炒得啱啱好，食牛柳嘅時候記得要食埋蔥段同埋洋蔥，咁樣食真係好襯。埋單嘅時候，服務員認得我其他friend係熟客同我哋講11月19號開始有個冬日嚐味套餐好抵$988，叫我哋有時間過嚟試，睇尼要早d book定枱😍
