係antipasto黎之前, 有個鵪鶉蛋小食~
半邊鵪鶉蛋+d hollandrise sauce~ 味道唔錯~

Antipasto:
Tiramisu Lobster --- 好味!!! 賣相同Tiramisu差唔多, 做法都差唔多, 都係用d lady's finger同mascarpone cheese, 不過加左d龍蝦肉打埋一齊~ 口感同Tiramisu差唔多, 但係味道就完全唔同, 好特別, 好好味~

Beef Carpaccio --- 之前係Bostonian都食過, 其實只係d 切到好薄的beef tenderloin carpaccio, 面頭再加d wild rucola, parmiggiano, balsamic vinegar(sauce), Beef Carpaccio本身係冇乜味, 比較淡口, 加埋d rucola/parmiggiano/sauce 一齊食會好味d~ 同Tiramisu Lobster比, Tiramisu Lobster好味好多~
ps: rucola係leaf vegetable, 多數用黎整沙律, 味道有少少苦; parmiggiano係hard cheese既1種, 味道不太濃; balsamic vinegar係多數用係italian cuisine/salad dressing

Main Course:
Linguine with clams and sea urchin --- 蜆肉好肥美, 平時出街食海鮮都好少食到d咁肥美既蜆肉~可惜,其中有2,3隻有沙~ 海膽唔腥, 扁意粉煮得幾好~ but個sauce比較淡~

Grilled Beef Tenderloin --- 8oz既beef tenderloin, grill 得好香~ 面頭脆脆地, 入面生生地~ 唔錯~

係dessert黎之前, 又有個開胃dessert: Lime sorbet with vodka
E個開胃dessert整得好好~ 初入口既時候有d酸, 食食下有d vodka味, 同lime sorbet好match~ 好有層次感~ very good!!!

Dessert:
Blueberry Panna Cotta --- 用香檳杯裝住,底下的是blueberry nectar, 用panna cotta的方法整出來, 賣相好靚~
Waiter俾左支凍羮我地, 話食既時候要用凍羮由底撈混黎食係最好的~
blueberry+cheese+cream, 味道有點似blueberry yoghurt, 口感好smooth~

Blood Orange:
血橙~ 一個圓形的雪芭插住一塊血橙, 開頭以為會好凍, 但食落又唔係woo, 雪芭有淡淡的橙味~ 唔錯~

吃完dessert後, waiter再送上cookies + 甜酒, cookies本身比較硬, 點d甜酒吃味道都幾好~

整體黎講, cova不論環境,服務,味道都非常出色~ 尤其是甜品~係水準之作~
唯一缺點就係太貴.....
