To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日lunch 來到Peninsula Spring Moon食午餐,1:30左右來到,今日主要食點心,叫左花膠灌湯餸、XO醬炒蘿蔔糕、竹荀蝦餃、叉燒酥😂🍱🍾️😋🎉🦞🍣。蝦餃啲蝦爽口彈牙,XO醬炒蘿蔔糕味道適中,都算大碟👍🏻🥰🎉,花膠灌湯餃個湯好好飲,花膠好冧,叉燒酥焗得好香口,兩個人都食到好飽。本來仲想食埋個甜品,但飽過頭食唔落,食完唔覺有落味精,如果唔係要成日飲水。不得不值得一提,員工招呼一流
