To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間咖啡店由具歷史價值的五金鋪改建而成,店內保留五金鋪嘅鐵閘和招牌,將歷史文物融入現代,相當有特色。咖啡店老闆在九龍城區長大,對依區有一份情,所以會選街坊食材以維繫社區網絡,例如附近義香的腐乳。而咖啡店的食物都相當多元化,除了有一般咖啡店會提供的全日早餐及酸種多士外,仲有港式同西式fusion主食,還有各地小食、甜點,例如:法式煎多士、法式焦糖燉蛋、英式鬆餅等。忌廉腐乳醬北海道帶子闊條麵,選用多國食材,配搭相當新穎。腐乳香樸鼻;帶子大粒用火炙過,有焦香味;闊條麵好彈牙,加埋脆蝦米、法國細蔥,口感豐富,腐乳的鹹香味和闊條麵出奇地夾。英式鬆餅一份兩件,配忌廉芝士和藍莓果醬,外層鬆脆,內裏濕潤軟熟,果醬則無特別。依個價錢依種質素,都可稱得上價廉物美。平時好少機會食到熱橙酒班戟(Crepe),想不到在這裏竟然可以食到依款法式經典點品,橙汁和甜酒先煮熱,加入煎得金黃的薄班戟皮一同再煮,橙酒味香濃。整體來說,咖啡店食物款式創新有心思,味道幾驚喜,性價比亦算高,下次會想再試下其他主食。
