To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於老房子的咖啡店,傢俬擺設用上不少八十年代的中古物品,甚至還保留了部分從前舊店的裝修和招牌,讓人有回到過去的感覺不過,食物卻是現在流行的東西fusion 菜🍝忌廉腐乳醬帶子闊麵聽說腐乳是中式版本的芝士,放在意粉醬汁內,味道果然跟一些濃味的芝士有點相似,加上忌廉口感也夠絲滑,但沒有一般芝士的膩滯,跟鮮甜的煎帶子很相配。上面還灑上樱花蝦,提升海鮮的香味🥪班尼迪蛋煙三文魚酸種多士配紅咖喱荷蘭汁這道菜幾乎所有café 都會提供,但這裏的特色是加了少少紅咖喱粉的荷蘭汁。那一點似有若無的咖喱香,不會蓋過食材本身的味道,卻令整體味道生色不少。☕️薑餅鮮奶咖啡拉花很美。咖啡本身已經有一點薑味,但溫和順滑的奶香令香辣的味道變得容易入口。旁邊附上一顆薑糖,喜歡重薑味的朋友可以㗳着薑糖喝這杯咖啡,放大了甜辣的味道會刺激有趣一點☕️桂花酒釀鮮奶咖啡咖啡的餘韻慢慢滲出桂花的氣息,齒頰留香,還有酒釀微甜的味道,是一杯小清新的咖啡 continue reading

見到唔少好評, 放假就黎試試前幾日平日早上9點零到, 地方不大, 一半枱以上已有客,自己counter order俾錢, 之後送到枱咩卡咩電子支付都得, 係無八達通點了紐倫堡腸+炒旦+酸種多士+10蚊 轉flat white賣相不錯, 隻花邊碟應記一功味道一般, 當然啦 腸+炒旦 點好都唔會識飛,咖啡拉花幾靚小店坐位同隔離當然近一點,係靠牆一邊居然有灰全程體驗算ok, 裝修幾有格調,外表好過內涵, 適合打卡坐坐,假日應該幾full下 continue reading
